Default Microsoft Excel 2003 - Advanced Filters

Why is the Advanced Filter extracting only the 1st row of the range in my
spreadsheet? No matter what criteria I use it only pulls the first row. I'm
missing something.
Also, can I use the IF function in my criteria?
