Column B has a formula result of either "DUP", "NoDup" or it is blankk "".
Column M has text entries of either "Y" or "N". I would like to get a count
of how many times "NoDup" and "Y" appear in the same row.

Any help is always appreciated.

=SUMPRODUCT(--(B1:B100="NoDup"),--(M1:M100="Y"))

Better:

A1 = NoDup
A2 = Y

=SUMPRODUCT(--(B1:B100=A1),--(M1:M100=A2))
