If pasting back into Excel, copy your cell as described previously then
select Edit/Paste Special. From the options you can then select
Formula.

If you want to copy the formula outside of Excel, you must highlight
the formula first (either from the formula bar or press F2) then select
Copy either by right clicking or via the menu Edit/Copy. You should then
be able to paste the formula to other applications.
