I want to get unique records in excel where only certain column values should
be different and others are same. Similar to what for we have primary key in access. |

Highlight the column where you want unique values (works best with a
header row), then Data | Filter | Advanced Filter. Here you can choose unique values only, and elect to filter in place or to copy (extract) the values to another location (you specify where). Click OK and it's done. Hope this helps. Pete |
