Default Formating Excel functions

Is there a way (when pulling a cell to another sheet by use of a formula)
that you can pull the same formatting from that cell to the sheet: Example,
copy cell 1 from sheet 1 to cell 1 in sheet 2. I do not only want to copy
the value/text, but the color formatting as well. Is this possible?
