Default Excel 2000 Functions

I have produced an Excel drawing of a building with several rooms. I want to
be able to click on any cell in a room and display data on the drawing,
related to that room, which is included in a separate spreadsheet. I also
want the data that is displayed to be in different colors, depending whether
the data is within preset limits - for example, the room temperature would be
shown in green if it is between 66 and 70 degrees, yellow if between 64 and
66 or 70 and 72, and red if outside of 64 to 72.
Thanks.
