Default Templete question...I hope there is an answer

I will explain what I am trying to do, hopefully without confusing
anyone.....or myself:)

I want to create a templete. This templete will have
text,Numbers,Simple math functions,Cell formating. Then I want to
create a work book with 31 work sheets. Each work sheet will contain
the templete as previousley mentioned. My issue is that I need to
update the templete from time to time and I want the changes to the
templet to directley effect the 31 worksheets. How do i accomplish
this?
