Default HOW DO I REDUCE THE SIZE OF A WORKSHEET TO THE CURRENT USED CELLS

I've deleteda number of rows (250) yet the worksheet still thinks the
worksheet is it's original size (the scroll bar hasn't changed).

I want to "shorten" the worksheet to it's current size and lose the
formatting for the unused cells.

Thanks
