Default Looking up several number

I am not sure the best way to do this,
I have the master list, and would like to be able to produce another
list from the master list with different items but these different
items will have an identical number
Thanks
Dave

I do my best to keep all my data on one worksheet. It really makes life easier.

I'd apply Data|Filter|autofilter to the range and filter to show just the values
I wanted.

But if you really want....

Debra Dalgleish and Ron de Bruin have samples that you may like. Ron's addin
may be sufficient right out of the box.

Debra's site:
http://www.contextures.com/excelfiles.html

Create New Sheets from Filtered List -- uses an Advanced Filter to create
separate sheet of orders for each sales rep visible in a filtered list; macro
automates the filter. AdvFilterRepFiltered.xls 35 kb

or

Update Sheets from Master -- uses an Advanced Filter to send data from
Master sheet to individual worksheets -- replaces old data with current.
AdvFilterCity.xls 55 kb

And Ron de Bruin's easyfilter.

Hi,

Assume your listis in A1:B7. In A10, enter the text (which appears in range
A1:A7).
IN B10, enter the following array formula (Ctrl+Shift+Enter) and copy down.

=IF(ISERROR(INDEX($A$1:$B$7,SMALL(IF($A$1:$A$7=$A$ 10,ROW($A$1:$A$7)),ROW(1:1)),2)),"",INDEX($A$1:$B$ 7,SMALL(IF($A$1:$A$7=$A$10,ROW($A$1:$A$7)),ROW(1:1 )),2))

Regards,
