Default How do I protect the cell from users entering values in Excel?

Product: MS Excel - 2002, I want to restrict the viewers or users of the "a
particular cell" of excel worksheet to be read only and write permission
should be blocked. experts do comment....

Hi Prasad,

For protecting the sheet:
Select the perticular cell / cells you want to protect. Then go to
"Tools -- Protection -- Protect Sheet...

Thsi will ask you for the password. The give the password which you can
remember. It will protect the sheet from editing.
