Default Take a list from one workbook and apply asdropdown in another work

I have created a list in one workbook now I want to take that list and apply
it as a dropdown to select which word I want to use in another workbook. How
can I do this

<Data<Validation...
Select "List" in the drop-down
Enter your list range (from the other sheet) in the "Source" box

You must name the source list.
