Yes. You can do it manually: Sort based on the column of values where the negative might be found, then select the cells with negative numbers and delete the rows. Or you could use a macro to do essentially the same thing. Just don't write a macro that steps through row by row.... HTH, Bernie MS Excel MVP "Jean" wrote in message ...
