Default how do you find a excel spreadsheet that you replaced with a new

I WAS TAKING SOME INFORMATION OUT OF ONE SPREADSHEET TO PLACE IN A NEW
SPREADSHEET AND IT ASKED ME DID I WANT TO REPLACE THE SPREADSHEET, I CLICKED
YES AND LOST MY OLD SPREADSHEET. HOW DO I RETRIEVE MY OLD SPREADSHEET BACK

Unless you have a backup your data is gone I'm afraid.
