Default Excel Help Needed!!!

Hi

I have a bunch of data in column A, say they are all numbers being
5,10,15,20,25,30.

I am asking if there is any type of function in Excel where I can write
some kind of formula, and get some of these values highlighted, or in
different text colour.

For Example, I want the formula to add up values in that column to
reach a value, say 45.

So I want excel to either highlight the numbers 30 and 15, 25 and 20.

Does anybody know is this is possible?

Do you only want 'pairs' of cells to add up to value X, or do you
want any combination of cells in ColA that sum to X?

Not with built in functions but if you have the add-in solver you can use
this technique
