Setting up a condtional function that....

Line:
=IF(A2="","",IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(...)),"",VLOOKUP(...) ))

reads better as:
=IF(A2="","",IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(A2, ...)),"",VLOOKUP(A2, ...)))

Lookup values are assumed in A2 down
