Default How do I get Exel to return # of hrs. worked, start time is enter

In our timesheet, we enter start time and end time. How do I get Excel to
return # of hrs. worked? If is use: (d11-c11) a decimal fraction is returned.
ie. .21 for 8:00 am to 1:pm. How do I get it to return 5 hrs.?

Thanks
