Hello and thanks for the help.

Sheet one is my data dump. The data I dump into this sheet will look like
this:

A B C
Sales Rep 1 126.84 Store 1
Sales Rep 1 0 Store 2
Sales Rep 1 48.25 Store 3
Sales Rep 1 59.97 Store 4
Sales Rep 1 319 Store 5
Sales Rep 1 40.66 Store 6
Sales Rep 2 0 Store 7
Sales Rep 2 122.98 Store 8
Sales Rep 2 29.55 Store 1
Sales Rep 2 69.97 Store 2
Sales Rep 2 0 Store 3
Sales Rep 2 146.09 Store 4
Sales Rep 2 17.63 Store 5
Sales Rep 2 119.87 Store 6

Sheet two is my report:

A B C D E
Store Sales Service Total $0.00 Orders
Store 1 58 106 164 0
Store 2 42 50 92 0
Store 3 137 234 371 0
Store 4 22 89 111 0
Store 5 112 148 260 0
Store 6 129 148 277 0
Store 7 103 156 259 0
Store 8 83 141 224 0

I would like to count the number of times 0 appears in sheet one and match
that 0 by store to the report on sheet two.
