Default creating a complex cell

I want to have two colons in a cell as dividers for information to be entered
at a later date and manipulated. How can I lock these two colons in so they
do not move or are not deleted?

You are probably better off entering the 3 pieces of information in 3
separate cells, then using a formula to bring them together with the
colon dividers.
