Default How to find hidden names on an Excel worksheet ?

When I copy a worksheet to another workbook, it prompts that the worksheet
has several names already defined in the workbook.

I look in "Insert" "Name" "Define" and see no names listed. These names
must exist on the worksheet-- but I can't locate them.

Can anyone point me in the direction to find these names?

Thanks.
