I have to do a mail merge using a name and address spreadsheet. The problem
is I need to select different sentences to insert into the Word doc using a code that I'm going to attach to each name and address. Code A calls for one sentence, code B calls for another, etc. Some names have several codes so they will require several sentences. Some names have no codes. How can I set this up so if a name has a code or several codes or no codes, specific sentences will be selected and printed? Ideas, please. Thanks, Larry |
