in excel conditional formatting i want to find the greatest value in a column
and change its colour

Hi!

Suppose the numbers are in the range A1:D5

Select the range A1:D5
Goto FormatConditional Formatting
Formula is: =A1=MAX($A$1:$D$5)
Click the Format button
Select the style(s) you want
OK out
