Default Consolidate multiple workbooks

If I have many workbooks in the same folder, each with the same structure so
that data is in the same cell in each workbook, can I analyse the data
without individually specifiying each workbook ?

If I add a new workbook into the folder (same format), can I get the
analysis to auto update ?

...hope someone can help..
