Default Merg Worksheets

I am trying to merg worksheets so that the columns in each sheet are compared
to the master sheet, any new columns are added to the master sheet.

Is this possible?

Ex.
Master sheet has columns...
A B C D E
Sales and Marketing has...
A C D E
Master still shows columns...
A B C D E
Finance has columns....
A C D F G H
Master now has columns...
A B C D E F G H
Operations has columns...
A C I J
Master now shows columns....
A B C D E F G H I J

Will I be able to do this...Any help is appreciated,

Have a look in Help at Data/Consolidate
MAY be what you are looking for.

Thanks for the input Bob, I have been through most of it but maybe I missed
something.
