Default How can I display a "sliding" range?

I want to freeze the column headings, but also freeze a total at the bottom.
I would like to display 15 -20 rows, but be able to scroll through the list
also. For example, I would like to show rows 1 - 19 below the headings, and
above the Total. If I then hit the down arrow (which would go to row 20), I
would then like rows 2 - 20 to be displayed between the headings and the
total.

Can this be done???
