Default Macro for formulas

I know how to do a basic macro. But how would I tell a macro to copy a
formula to rows 11, 22, 33, and so on in a large spreadsheet?

Hi
maybe something like

sub foo()
dim i
for i = 11 to 99 step 11
cells(i,1).formulaR1C1="=R[0]C[1]*2"
next i
end sub
