Default collapsable menu

I want to make a collapsable 'menu' in Excel (2002 - 2003.)

The only way I can describe it is - when looking at a menu in windows with
sub-options - there is a plus sign next to the menu items that hav sub-items.
When you click the plus it expands, and when you click it again it retracts.

Is this possible in Excel?

Thanks!

Do you mean a menu or just collapsible rows? If the latter, look at Group
and Outline in help.
