LInking problems

I open Master Workbook and find Linking to other Workbooks has been lost.
After re-Linking and Saving it fails again. Workbooks are Shared.

Any help will be appreciated.

OS: Windows XP, App: OfficeXP (SP3), Hardwa Brand new Dell with 512Mb RAM.
