Default Populate multiple cells using the same reference

Hi,

is there any way that i could populate multiple cells with respectable data
in new worksheet, using single reference assigned to that data from a
different worksheet? Till now i was using Vlookup functions in all the cells
which takes too long. but i was wondering if there is any macro or any other
function that does this. i would appreciate any answers to this.
