Melissa, try this, will count the number that meet test, for, and 3 in
columns A, B, and C, 2:25 =SUMPRODUCT((A2:A25="test")*(B2:B25="For")*(C2:C25 =3)) -- Paul B Always backup your data before trying something new Please post any response to the newsgroups so others can benefit from it Feedback on answers is always appreciated!
