Default Every 28 days

Hello from Steved
Is this possible please.

Feb the 4th then every calendar days colour the cell red so in this instance
March the 4th being the 28th day the cell will change to a red background.

Conditional formatting, with a formula of

=MOD(A2-DATE(2005,2,4),28)=0

Thanks 1 situation is that it has done the 28 days as instructed
but it has highlihted a row above with this formula in it
=DATE(YEAR(L3),MONTH(L3)+1,DAY(L3))

I not to concerned but just curious as to why
