Default Excel Spreadsheet - Formatting Dropdown lists

I have set-up a drop down list on a separate worksheet which contains items
formatted in different fonts (red, blue, green, etc). When I reference the
the drop-down list the items are in black font only. How do I retain the
different fonts in the list? Any help would be
appreciated.......................
