Default random combination of letters

hi all,

does excel has a function to combine randomly a set of letters? for example:
a1:a10 contains different letters, i want to combine those letters in b1:b10
randomly. please help.

look at =concatenate(Text1,text2, text3)
You can replace the Text fields with co-ordinates i.e.
=concatenate(a1,a2,a4,a3) etc.
