Default Locking format

I have a data entry form. I have unlocked the data entry columns, and
protected the sheet. However, users do a fair amount of copy/paste. This
messes up the format. I have written code to re-format that data entry form,
but I think I must be missing something. Is there a way to protect the
format from copy/paste activity?

Thanks,
Terry
