hi,
i dont knw is it possible or not and have small idea about excel.my worksheet rows is filtered..and there is some hide rows.and i want to sum only those filtered data that is visible. as like- rows date particulars Dr Cr total actual shown should be 1 02.08.10 paid by cash 4500 4500 4500 4 02.08.10 paid by cash 8000 12500 wrong ans 8 03.08.10 paid by cash 4000 16500 wrong ans 10 04.08.10 paid by cash 6000 22500 wrong ans but in total column it calculate unhide rows when i dragging and give wrong ans.is there is any formula that i can calculate dis visible rows only..thnx |
