Default State Tax Business Calculations Help

Urgg.. I've been trying to figure out this one for days and it's eating my lunch.. What I need F20 to do is this:

If B2:B10 does not contain the abbreviation "OK"
And H2:H10 does not have a dollar amount in it
then add the total of G2:G10

(B2:B10,"<ok",H2:H10,"=0",G2:G10)

attached is my excel spreadsheet

try:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(B2:B10<"ok"),--(H2:H10=0),G2:G10)
