Help with Convert Latitude/Longitude to Decimal - "Test.xlsx" 8856 Bytes yEnc

used his keyboard to write :
I am trying to convert, in Excel 2007, a large batch of coordinates that are
in the Degree . Minute . Second. I would like to convert them to decimal
format.
I have included a sample spreadsheet. The numbers I want to convert from
are in red; and the green is where I would like the results.
Thank you for your generous help

As per your sheet:

=LEFT(D4,SEARCH("-",D4)-1)+MID(D4,SEARCH("-",D4)+1,2)/60+MID(D4,SEARCH("-",D4,SEARCH("-",D4)+1)+1,2)/3600
For Latitude (N)

=-(LEFT(E4,SEARCH("-",E4)-1)+MID(E4,SEARCH("-",E4)+1,2)/60+MID(E4,SEARCH("-",E4,SEARCH("-",E4)+1)+1,2)/3600)
For Longitude(W)
