Match and Populate
Hello All and Thank You for your help!
Here's the scenario: I have two separate worksheets. One is unfortunately in Open Office, the other is in Excel. I am currently adding bar codes to my inventory system. My inventory/sales software has exported all of the part numbers of each store location to a work sheet (open office) leaving a column open for the new bar codes to be added and imported back in. My vendors have sent me Excel worksheets with their part number along with their bar code number. I would like the Excel sheet to find say Part Number A123 in both sheets, then add the missing bar code. Looking something like below. Sheet 1: Part#: A123 Bar Code:011223344550 Sheet 2: Part#: A123 Bar Code: ____________ A seek and destroy type thing I guess. Thank YOU for your help! I have over 10k bar codes...some extinct so I can't just copy and paste... Again Thank YOU |
