I would like to see an option for at least Excel where you can set up a
distribution list of emails and then anytime someone makes a change to that worksheet, upon that person saving it ,it would email the updated version of that worksheet to the people listed in the distribution list. It would work great for shared worksheets and you wouldn't have to worry about someone else remembering to send it to you after they change it! ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
