Default VLOOKUP

Dear Sir
Use an IF function and a VLOOKUP function to calculate the bonuses using
the following rules
A salesperson gets a bonus only if they exceed their target.
The bonus is calculated by multiplying the Bonus Rate by the number of
dollars by which a salesperson exceeds their target.
Make sure that you use Range Names where appropriate. Name
Target Sales Target Bonus
seema $400.00 $10,287.00 0.00 0.00
Maria $300.00 $597.34 200.00 7%
saraha $400.00 $924.70 300 9%
