Use an IF function and a VLOOKUP function to calculate the bonuses using the following rules A salesperson gets a bonus only if they exceed their target. The bonus is calculated by multiplying the Bonus Rate by the number of dollars by which a salesperson exceeds their target. Make sure that you use Range Names where appropriate.
