To show empty data field cells as zero:
Right=click a cell in the pivot table Choose Table Options Add a check mark to: For empty cells show Type a zero in the box Click OK Cheryl B. wrote: I've pawed around trying to find a place where I can set the default value for empty cells to zero in a pivot table.
