Default using a checkbox (or something)

Hi all!

I would be most appreciative if someone could direct me (specifics, newbie)
on how to utilize a check box (or best suggestion) to clear errors.

All I really need is a check box to either return 0 or 1 (or the like) in
cell F102 and I can figure out the rest (maybe).

I'm going to have several condtional formulas (7 to be exact) to check for
missing information. I'll use a checkbox to clear these, and basically say to
whoever is using this template that "I understand there is missing
information, don't tell me again" type thing.

If this is too vague, let me know.
