Default Field Source Error for Pivot Table

I'm trying to create a Pivot Table with 2 data ranges to check redundancies
in my data. One data range is 51600 rows and the other is @ 62250 rows long.
When I try to create the Pivot Table, the system simply just tells me that it
cannot create the table due to a field in the source data has more uniques
items that can be used in a Pivot Table. NEED HELP! I'm not sure what this
error means since it doesn't clearly point out to me where the problem
manifests. IF someone could let me know if there's another formula I can use,
I'd greatly appreciate it!
