Default Formula used to calculate daily employment hours ...

Excel version 2003...I need to calculate overtime hours....how do you
differentiate between AM PM....how do you caluculate when hours run from one
day to the next
ex. 11:00pm - 2:00Am the following day

Another option may be to enter both the date and time.
