Default Formating the text of a formula?

Dear All

i am using the following formula in a cell in order to bring a compain words
from cell to a specific cell.

LEFT(B28;3)&" Monthly -"&'Index MR'!G23 -- AAA Monthly - 2005

There is any possibility to make the word Monthly to shown as red and bold
not the full text

Thanks in advance
