I have a worksheet with employees. Some new some old. A new hire is
considered to have been employed for a period of 6 months. I would like a formula that takes the current date, the hire date and calculates if the current date is 180 day greater than the hire date. If it is true I would like a cell to contain a blank or if it is false I would like the cell to contain the letter N. I created =IF(TODAY()(DATE(2005/05/01)+180)," ","N"). By its part they work but as a whole I have problems. Can some one please help. |
