Hi
I have a worksheet with lots of comments and I want to be able to view them in the worksheet like in a summary cell. Is it possible to create this summary cell? Cheers Claire |

![]() Hi, we cannot make visible all comments in one cell. although if you want to look at the comment in individual cell , go to Tools Option View , here are three selection available 1- not to see any of the comments choose -None 2-to pop up the comment when you move cursor on cell which contains comment -comment indicator only 3-in the third option -comment & indicator the comment will be seen on the screen itself ( here it will not pop up but be static ) in case u want to print all comments of the sheet, go to page setup sheet here u will get comments to be displayed as per the option u select, 1- none 2-at the end of the sheet 3-as displayed on the screen.. in case u need further help u may please mail me on thanks, virendra -- virendra.telkar ------------------------------------------------------------------------ virendra.telkar's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=24275 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=379827 |
