Default dates

I would like to put a date in say, a1 and than have a formula advance that
date by 7 days in the second row down. And to continue this for some period
of time.
Is this feasible?
A1 June 6,2005
A3 June 13,2005
A5 June 20,2005
ect.

Thanks
