Default Making an ouput file

Hi,
I have an xl having "XLODBC.XLA'!SQL.REQUEST". and i am fetching values from
oracle database. After that i want to create an ouput file with values only.
To do this i will use Copy- paste special twice .one for values and the other
for formats.
Whenever i past the execl again fetches the record and i have to wait for
some time.even esc doesnt help.
You have a better idea how to acheive this.

Thanks in advacnce
