I have a worksheet function in Excel 2000 that I need to use vlookup with to
work with a dropdown box. The VLOOKUP function does not work, I am just displaying the formula and not results. I checked my options and the cells are not set up to display the formulas. They are set to display values. I tried the formula on a new file and it works, however the formula does not work on this file (which was created only this week). I have run into this problem before, sometimes a sheet gets corrupted and some functions do not work. In this case, I havbe to start from scratch and recreate the complete workbook. I have several hours of macros and other work I do not wish to lose. Does someon have a fix for this? I believe it is a bug in Excel, because it happens not just on this machine, but on several others I have had in the past. -- ==== To misplace one's housekeys is not a problem To forget what they are for.....Problem ==== |
