well then instead of counting "thing", count whatever is in column a

if(and(countif(a:a,a1)0,countif(b:b,a1)0,countif (c:c,a1)0,countif(c:c,a1)0),a1,"")

maybe in column e and copied down for the rows of data?

alternatively, a macro could do the same search
